During these years the shape and the socio-economic atmosphere of the Municipality has changed to unimaginable extent and gardually it too has imbibed the spirit of contemporary civilisation of 21st century and got acquanted with the sphere of Modernization,Industrialisation and Globalisation. I spent my childhood and youth in Dubrajpur,. I was born in a political family, grew up in the arena of politics, from the formation of the first Panchayat of Dubrajpur until today and my acquaintance as a representative of the municipality has all been with the love of the people of Dubrajpur. I am committed to every development and public service of Dubrajpur city and I want to love and respect people till the end of my life.
After the political change of Dubrajpur Municipality in 2010, my main vision was to build a fire brigade as per the long-standing demand of the people of Dubrajpur, which was inaugurated successfully, and proud to have achieved it. Public Works Department

Building rules under a Municipal Act are framed to regulate building activities in the municipal areas after the enactment of the West Bengal Municipalities Act, 1993 a building rule namely The West Bengal Municipal (Building) Rules 1999 was framed under the Act.
